2.5 map on a 2.2 sc

do i wire the iat2 wire into the maf iat wire? then does that render the maf on the intake useless? a bit confused on the matter.

yes you need your maf. just cut the wires it's telling you to and plug them into the map. just put electrical tape over the wires from the engine harness that you cut them from. i'd get you a picture but i'm drinking and it's dark outside

ok so i keep the maf plugged in, and the iat2 wire spliced to the maf iat wire. do i connect it on the engine harness side, or just the maf connector side, or have a 3-way splice where i just connect the iat2 wire to the iat wire and have it still connected to the maf sensor? sorry for the noob questions but i think thats the part i mcfucked up.

Just follow the diagram. 2 of the maf sensor wires into the map and the rest are untouched. The wires thay you cut for the maf from the engine harness side are untouched. Just make sure maf is hooked to map

On your MAF there are 2 wires for IAT and 3 wires for the MAF.

When I rewired my map for the 2.5 bar I only took the IAT sensor signal wire from the MAF not the low reference. All the how to's I had read said just to take the sensor wire and it works fine for me.
