Car is gutted from the front seats back, i have a cut-out tho...hence why its so loud.

Limiter is set to 7600rpm, I shift at 7500rpm and cross the traps at almost exactly 7000rpm in 3rd gear at 100mph.

Mods:

comp stage 2 cams
LE5 IM
Bored TB
4-1 Header to a cut-out
WAI
Balance Shaft Delete

Truth is, the Eco sleeves are in the thickest ones of this type, honda K20 ones are much thinner for example

still few question about your setup.

WAI?
what is your header?
light flywheel or not?
drag radial or slick? PSI? rim dia.?
is it still your daily drive?
is balance shaft delete make your car less comfortable? is my GF ll notice it?
which track did you run in Ont.?

i try to understand why you are 0.35 and 6 mhp faster that me.
i thing you have a good track and wind in your back
Pont rouge dragway is againts wint 90% of the time and get higher by 3'
your front end has a better drag coefficent.

next year, we could meet at napierville for a duel.

Yes, WAI.
Header is a OBX-R (Ebay gold) 4-1
Stock Flywheel and Clutch
M&H Cheater slicks 25x8x14, I run them around 15psi
Not my official daily, but I do drive it to work alot and the the drag strip thats 5 hours from my house and I drive it there.
There are a bit more vids, I have all aftermarket engine/trans mounts so I think its more noticeable. Also with no interior everything vibrates more, so its hard to tell how it would be in a stock interior car.
I made those runs at Cayuga, I race the bracket class in CSCS every year.

I don't get out that way much, I was going to go to the CSCS out there this summer but didn't get around to it, my buddies went tho. We ussualy just race St. Thomas and Cayuga. I'm from Sudbury.

Next year I hope to be in the 12's on the motor...haha I'd still love to line up against another all-motor eco tho!

Probably has a lot to do with the weight, do you know what your car weights?

did my post get deleted or did it just not go through? anyways i said i did .040" over on aarons turbo build and hes had no issues yet with about 2k on the odo. the sleeves are quite thick on these as alanoo said there should certainly be no issues on an NA setup.

do you know what that would make the overall size of the motor at that point?

.040 over is just about LE5 bore, 88mm. I think the stock stroke is just under 96mm IIRC, i know the LE5 is an 88x98mm and all the non 2.4l motors use an 86mm bore

for reference the GM racing block is an 89x89mm 2.16L

stock diplacement is 2196cc (aka 2.2L)................ .040 (1mm) over puts u at 2248cc. so u pick up a whopping 52 cc and thats not enough in my book to call it a 2.3 L. call it a 2.25L lol!

Maybe you and I could meet up sometime next year. I haven't gone to Cayuga but always go to St.Thomas. Anyway, OP... I believe anything is possible with money.

I'm always up for it. That's for a different thread though. If you bore it out to almost a LE5 you should net your goal. I've seen bolt on LE5's put down some aggressive numbers.

Or just snag an LE5 from the junk yard, use an LE5 hg and it should be a bolt in process of putting your head on that bottom and and into your engine bay.

Still in the race for 200whp huh? Glad I am not too late... Or, is this only the 2.2 crowd? 2.4 DQ'd from this?
