Do you really think something would work on a Cobalt, Suburban and Impala?
It's a $1.50, If we translate into more horsepower, if you spend $100 you would get 1,300 more HP .

2. Any kind of "chip" for a cobalt is typically a resistor to modify the voltage from various sensors to make the car run leaner. This is neither a good idea or a safe way of gaining HP.
