Anyone have the GMPP "Touring" exhaust?

I've noticed that most people seem to have the GMPP Performance Exhaust. Does anyone have the Touring exhaust, or videos of it?

I think it has a cleaner sound, which I want. But I'm trying to figure out if it's really worth that much more money if so many people are getting the Performance version.

So I guess no one really has it...that sucks.

Check out google videos or youtube. I'm sure you'll find somebody on there with it, other than that you can try searching on here..

After listening a bit myself, I'm personally leaning towards the Corsa exhaust...

Didn't find any on Youtube or Google when I last looked. So I figured I would have had a better chance here. Guess I'm gonna have to do it the old-fashioned way. Stick that baby on my car & then figure it out!

Here's a link to the Corsa touring -
https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/2-0l-lsj-performance-tech-47/%2Avideo%2A-corsa-touring-exhaust-system-12674/.. may have to page 1 if it doesn't automatically.

Actually - just found a site that has an mp3 that has the standard, touring and performance - touring is slick imo.. nice and bassy.

I don't get it. People says it's a lot more quiet. I thought it just has a deeper tone, without sounding obnoxiously loud, which is what I'm trying to stay away from.

hey Reggae (like the name, recently got back from Jamaica...) but anyways, I've got the Touring and really like it. When cruising, whether in town or on highway, its definitely NOT obnoxious sounding. When you get on it, it'll open up with a nice low "growl" - not raspy. I've got an SS/SC btw...

The GM sound bytes I've heard that its not using a SS/SC... not sure on that one though...

Yeah, I heard the sound from that clip Spyder put up. (Thanks Spy!)
My mind is definitely made up. That's definitely the proof I needed right there. Thanks a lot guys! Just more reason to love this place when it comes to info...

I am going wednesday to get mine taken care of and I am going touring.

The sport sounds a lil too much for me.

How much did you pay for yours?

Just ordered mine yesterday. Came up to $530 w/ the exhaust tip (because you have to order these as well) & shipping. Crate Engine Depot has a mid-winter sale on these now:

you dont need the gmexhaust tip, i got one for 20 bucks over the internet, its a bolt on tip. or you can get a bolt on from salvos for 10 bucks, but it will rust if you dont clean it.

OK, let me re-word what I said earlier. The GMPP exhaust package DOES NOT come w/ a tip.
