whats did ya'll guys pay to get a stock ss/sc header and downpipe combo(not including shipping), im asking b/c my friend w/a ss/sc has his and im interested in buying it, but i need to make him an offer, and i dont know what to offer b/c i dont really know whats the average for it, so can anybody tell me what they pay'd, and then i'll just offer him the average of them all, thanks

 

I don't think I would pay more then $50 for the manifold, you can find a junked cobalt ss/sc at a junkyard and pull off the manifold for less than $20, the CA mani is only $200.

im sure he'll be glad to sell it to you for cheap
most cars you end up having to scrap the old parts b/c no one wants em

 

the thing i i've been to the junkyards here in austin tx and they all say they have no cobalts in there, WTF, someone come total ur ss/sc over...lol...j/k, dont do it...so what do you tink i should offer for the whole combo(header and downpipe)

 

say $100 and see if he'll take it

 

ya $75-100 seems more than fair, if it was me I'd go a little lower just to see if he'd accept..but I'm cheap like that lol

 

well i offered him 120 based on all the other threads i found on this forum that were selling both the header and downpipe together, so ima see if that works out, if not, than oh well
