Ok folks, PLEASE only folks that HAVE dyno'd and have the sheet respond.

I wanna know what the best low-mid power building header available for our cars is.

Please post with dyno results and mods done as of that dyno.

im pretty sure with you being a 2.2L, any header will give you a nice gain you'll be happy with

 

^^ true that...but he said best mid range, but no one header will give you more than the other, only diffrence is where the benefits will peak
