First off, what exactly are you looking for and how much are you willing to spend?

An intake, and what ever other bolt ons you can get for cheap that improve performance.

That's my probalem as well. I'm looking on e-Bay at intakes, but the ones I want say they are for the SS. Will these not fit the LS? By the way, I'm in Dallas too. I'm off of Bush and the Tollway pretty much.

Any intake that fits the 2.2, (LS, LT trims) will fit onto the 2.4 NA SS. So as long as it states, 2.4 SS and not 2.0 Supercharged your good. As for exhaust, as far as I know, every exhaust is interchangable between models, be it 2.2, 2.4, 2.0, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.

To the OP, search my friend. Besides using a search engine, such as Google, this forum is a great place to start. There are alot of supporting vendors on this site, who usually have group buys, which means you save some money on parts. So far I have bought all my mods from supporting vendors, through sales/GB and I couldn't be happier. If the price is still too high for you, you can always by used parts from members on here, I have seen several F/S threads here in the past couple days.

Hope that helps.

We have the cat back cheaper than Summit, and we will price match the Fujita from Nopi.
