cavalier header

hey guys and gals,, just a thought,, does the cavalier's ecotec 2.2 header fit the cobalts? if so,, you can find a less expensive option long tube header on ebay like this one..

Not sure. I think the o2 sensors would be a problem. Plus from the looks of that header it would be a pia to put in. Don't think it would clear the coolant line (on my 07 2.2 it would not).

I know a cavy that has an lsj header on it so Id say yes as long its the 2.2 eco

for those that have seen it may know but the owner of that blue cavy that i did a make over on has a 08 cobalt as a daily driver and once i told him about the silly people over here that think 200whp cant be done he said lets do it. so i will def be making a header (that will out do any other one on the market) for those of u that maty be interested. that goes for all the cobalts not just the l61 powered cars.

That header flows like crap, very similar to the JBP header. You are better off with a pacesetter.
