Cavalier Stage 2
My "Stage Two" includes a 3" supercharger pulley, and a dual pass intercooler. Setup was pretty straight forward except taking the stock pulley of was a lot more difficult than I originally thought.
Pros of the Stage 2:
13 psi of boost.
Louder Supercharger Whine.
Guessed 18 more horsepower. (6 hp/lb of boost)
Cons of the Stage 2:
12.8 afr. (apparently, that's a little too lean)
Traction in 3rd gear.
7 Degrees of Knock
The cons will be remedied shortly, just not sure which method to employ to fix them. Anyway, to those of you thinking about dropping pulley sizes, make sure you have a way to monitor knock, not just your afr. I thought ~12.5:1 afr was on the leaner side of safe, now I know to run richer.
