Choosing a turbo

Hi gentlemen, I'm going to make this short and sweet. Next week I'm pulling the engine in my Fiero and swapping in an L61 with F23. I plan on running it N/A until next summer when I swap out pistons/rods, upgrade the gasket/ head studs and do the supporting mods to get myself to about 350whp- thats my goal.

Anyways, a guy I know is selling a T04E 50 trim turbo with internal wastegate/ bov/ boost controller/ AN fittings for oil feed and return/ oil restrictor/ intercooling piping for about $360 shipped and is OBO. Turbo is rebuilt with 0 miles, everything else is brand new.

I used this calculator to try to figure out if this can be a match:

Squirrel Performance

The boost map I got is:

Parameters are set at:

2.2L Engine
6500RPM Redline
5600RPM Peak power
400hp Power goal (Pretty much whatever I can max out reliably on the stock block with the mods listed)

This will be my first turbo build, as you can see it crosses the surge limit which I've read may damage the turbo. Can I make this turbo work, if yes then what will be the limiting factors? If no then whats the proper size to use?

Thanks!
