Debadging "Sorry if a repost"

I just got a 08 cobalt LS 5 speed and I am looking at debadging the small GM emblem on the side of the car but I am not sure if there is a hole there. Does anyone have any input to help me.

first off welcome to the site.

second off there is no hole there, just double sided tape. just take a old card and a heat gun to take it off. then use goo gone to clean the area of residue... 15 min to set up everything, take it off and clean it up.

if you look at my sig you can see mine is gone.

there are no holes anywhere on the car, all it is is double sided tape. The big bowtie on the back has a lot, so if you chose to do that then maybe use fishing line, that is what i did. BUT don't forget gloves, or else it will cut your fingers.

I 2nd that using fishing line. I tried the credit card and scratched the crap outta my paint. fishing line u dont even need a heat gun just be sure u have a lot of line cause it will break alot. Just do it in a sawing motion
