yes, as long as your 07 isnt one that has SAI and has two cats on the DP. if you have two cats you will need to have a bung welded onto the new DP for the second 02 sensor to fit.
if you dont have SAI you have nothing to worry about, if you have SAI check your stock DP and make sure you dont have two cats. if you got one. no problems

I really need to look under my car. I have an LSJ downpipe waiting to be installed and I totally forgot I may need to weld in an o2 sensor bung. How hard would that be if I do need to weld? A friend of mine has a welder and some experience.
