i wouldn't get anything bigger than 2.75in unless your goin f/i. then i would say 3in but it depends on what your goin to do with your car. as far as a header(not headers, there is only one ) if your looking for cheap, CA has some for like 220 shipped... they also sel down pipes with highflow cats, not sure on price. if money isnt an problem then try to get your hands on a Vibrant header, it comes with a downpipe. its bought as an assembly.

2.75 on a 2.2? i wouldn't go over 2.5 unless you have some really big plans for it.

unless you plan on adding serious power to the car, anything over 2.5 inch exhaust is overkill. you are not going to have any backpressure. The CA header is great bang for the buck and it is a 2.25 inch outlet. pair it up with CA's 2.5 inch downpipe and you should get a nice sounding exhaust with more than enough flow for your application. good luck with the mods

ZZP midlength header/DP combo...its customizable (for you, i'd go 2.5in in and out, 1.5in primaries), its a good gain since its a midlength, and if you want, you can getit ceramic coated as anadditional option, have extra bungs welded on, and so on
