Just got my custom turbo set up in thursday of last week. now i just need 2 save up the money 2 get it on. should be great. a full hr of tuning is just gunna cost me $150 pretty good if u ask me. ill keep you posted when i am able 2 install it. i am hoping for the best.

First off what size turbo is that. looks like it's going to be a tad big for you application.
secondly it's going to take much more than an hour to tune the car. Also what software are you using?
since the 2.2's aren't really supported tuning wise by anyone (in actual around the country tuning shops)

thanx 2 all that wished me good luck! the turbo is a t3/t4 turbo off a pontiac 2.2l sunfire same motor and he had no clearance prob.! i am going 2 get a tune at a shop ab an hr away from me in decatur, TN. they tune ALOT of vettes and vipers and they have tuned an ss/sc b4 and other imports. they charge $150 for an hr tune with wideband. so i may bump it to 2 hrs. or just add another 5 pulls for $100... pretty good if u ask me price wise and i heard alot of positive stuff ab them! www.speedengineeringanddyno.com checkem out

as 4 the turbo mani. its used off the sunfire. idk where he got it. oh and i need 2 buy a rebuild kit 4 the turbo its leaking oil outta the seals... sooo out with the old and in with a ball bearing turbo rebuild

yes the car will run untuned if you keep the boost at most 2lbs

i doubt that tuning shop can tune you....but i might be wrong...all i know is that the only one to offer tuning for the 2.2's is trifecta performance

they have tuned an ss/sc b4... its all so just a phone call away

 

What year is your car? because if its an 05-06 trifecta is the ONLY person who can tune your car. if its an 07, they can use LS2Edit. So just because they can tune an SS/SC does NOT mean they can tune your car. Remember, completely different ECM's.

 

07, i know they r diff. thats y i said its just a phone call away if i need 2 check. they mostly tune vettes and camaros aka chevys soo they must have ls2edit. but like i said i can check
