eco tuners in texas?

Any eco tec tuners near the Dallas/fortworth area? Also Is it true that I can get my 2.2 LS sedan tuned up to 250HP?

Right now the only people that can tune the 2.2 are the ones at Trifecta. And in order to get to 250hp you will need some kind of forced induction or nitrous. You can't just get it tuned to that.
