Engine Covers
My car is black and I think painting the engine cover red would be a little bit too flashy for me. What do you guys thinks about painting it black? Or better yet, maybe someone could develop Carbon Fiber replacement covers, I think that would look great on a black balt.
I have a black car and my main cover is painted black and the little cover on the right hand side is getting painted oow at the body shop...Same color as the car I used the paint code...Dont ask how much cause I got mine done for FREE..Its pays being a parts manager and know you customers really well..Well post pics of finished product...
i am in the process of painting mine blue, it looks pretty damn good!! i just did the fuse cover first to make sure i like it... i'm in my office like, "Wow, wow, wow." the woman that answers the phones and whatnot in the other room was like, "Kev, are you ok in there?" haha... i'll post pics once i'm done

those that have kept and painted the covers don't look half bad after all, very nice
I'm a fan of actually being able to see the engine when you open the hood though. black crinkle coat looked better than I thought it would.
