Exhaust port matching

I am taking my head in to a local machine shop to have them check my mating surface to the head and just do a general look over. While they have it I was going to go ahead and have them port match on the exhaust side. Any special considerations before I do this?

Is it worth modifying the intake ports at all?

What else should I have them check?

I went ahead on got my exhaust ports matched. This should help it breath considerably, lower boost level and exhaust temps all while making more power!

Before machined for port match
