Fuel problem
Fuel problem
So today Tom and I finished putting together his car after a long time of not running. So we go to start it up and the fuel pump isn't kicking on, we check the fuel pump fuse, its fine. Then tried swapping fuel pump relays from my car and it didn't do anything. So we decided to see which way the relay goes by putting it in my car and cranking it. My car didnt start, same issue with the fuel pump not kicking on. We tried flipping the fuse around and it still didnt start....The car was running about 12 hours prior just fine...WTH?
watch how you put that relay back in it's really easy to have it in the wrong slots.
yes, i did that dumb **** when i was changing my fuel filter if you need me to i'll get a pic up if you need it.

A word of caution: I would remove your positive battery line before attempting to pull the relay out....that might be why mine and toms doesnt work, because we didnt remove it.
Another update, I called my dad (guru of all things car and otherwise I swear) He says it sounds like the ECU isn't "happy" for some reason.
Update again.....so we're idiots....the relays were in the wrong spot....we put em back, my car runs great again and his is running odd, but that is probably because he changed cams, TB, injectors, intake manifold and didn't get it fine tuned before starting it up. So we are resetting the ecu now and awaiting a call from Vince at Trifecta in hopes of getting it fixed today.
