i have a question...if i were to buy the garrett turbo kit...the first one they offer with out the intercooler....do i need to be tuned? or can i bolt it on ready to go?

 

I'm assuming you are talking about the essentials kit? It doesn't come with the intercooler or tuning. Yes, you would need to be tuned if you install it. You can't just bolt it on and go. At this point the best way to tune for it would probably be with a piggyback system. If you are looking for something easy, buy the whole kit which includes a flash for your computer.
