Getting into the high 13's

Ok, I own a new cobalt ss/sc, my brother owns an 04 cavalier. He has an AEM CAI, a Pacesetter header, and borla catback. He also has a body kit and rims & tires. My question is what will get his car into the mid 13's. He wont run nitrous oxide either. I'm guessing a supercharger, polished head, and sometype of computer program.

where did he get the borla exhaust? It isn't made for the car, is it? I looked forever for one 2 years ago, maybe since then they came out with one?

Anyways, I think a little boost wouldn't hurt. whats he running now?

Borla stopped making it within this past year for the J-body platform.

Yeah, he's not going to make it N/A unless you puts alot of money into a good amount of motor work, weight reduction and just overall customization and engineering.

The main problem with running N/A is that 4 cylinders don't draw alot of air naturally...the more air, the more power. Raising the compression helps but it's not a gaurantee.

Forced Induction is his best bet.

Also, tell him if he needs any help to contact me privately or join us on our forum (check the signature). That site would suit him better than a Cobalt forum (no offense).
