I have the Performance and like it alot, but I'm swapping the actual muffler out with a different one soon. I believe mine might be slightly blown as it's quite loud and airy now.. But it's a high-mileage system..

Actually a 2.5 inch system is fine for an n/a car. You don't need 3 unless you're boosted.

I would get the GMPP and see if you like how it sounds as-is. If you think it's ok, weld on the Magnaflow and sell the GMPP muffler. lol

than from your sig u already have a magnagflow exhaust, did u get the 2.2 or ss version? the 2.2 is a 2.25" which is tiny, the ss version is 2.5 in which swapping to a gmpp would be a downgrade, if anything i say get a 2.4 manifold, will give you more hp/$ than the exhaust will, than go with a 2,4 TB, header/dp, and you'll be set...

I noticed a big improvement with my ZZP header/dp combo when I had it. Agreed. 2.4 manifold, header/dp combo and you'll be good. But honestly, how good of a deal are we talking here on the GMPP? lol If it's like 100, you'd be dumb not to.

I paid 400 for mine installed. 200 is a legit deal. Super easy install. A few bolts. I'll make your life easier if you have some type of Sawz-All to hack the stock tubing. worst case scenario: use the Magnaflow muffler still. That's what I'm doing.. Getting an HKS muffler (or something like that) and just replacing the muffler on it..

My GM tip that it came with is a 4 inch slant. Looks decent. But I'm going with an N1 muffler. Looks better under a 2.4 rear bumper..
