They are fouling because you're too rich, or they are too cold of temp range.

Any codes?

it could be a number of reasons that they are fouling out. Anything from what 383 said, to too low of an octane rated gas, or carbon build up. Pics of said fouled plugs? That would really help

Any codes?
i have no CAT and those r the only codes i am throwing
And i dont know how to post pics but i can yell you they were fouled out because the plugs were just hammered with fuel....smell bad and black.all 8 are toast cuz i tested them and all 4 do not spark at ALL
i also thought that is was the fuel so i ran it till basically empty(just a little bit left) then i went to sunoco and put 94 with that fuel treatment stuff in and the same happend...i was cruzin nd it is almost like someone took the key out of the ignition...so i dopped it into second...and it turned back on...all the other times it just stayed dead....

my friends dad worked for GM ...before he retired he did reflashes for the emissions and tuned the new cars to pass the emissions...so he took his computer and put in a tune for my car that was made by his work partner... we had to do it like 5 differant times to get it to run right tho...he took off the Gov and made it spark differntly or somthing at diff rpms...not to sure but to me it looked confusing as all hell haha...it did make the mpg a little worse cuz he made it dump a little more fuel to accomidate for the spark. but it has been like this for about 2 years...so it cant be that problem

If the front 02 sensor has gone bad, it could be commanding way more fuel than it needs. Even if the tune was fine prior to this
