whats a good resonator to put on my lsj catback that will flow good and not let my car sound like poo without a cat

It would probably be best to replace the exhaust with a cat back if you want a GOOD sound. The factory exhaust pipe is TINY.

He has the SC catback so it is larger than the "factory" exhaust pipe

2.25 is perfect for a "NO POWER ADDER" 2.2. Get the whisper resonator, ive heard good things about those.

i got a kit as well i just need to buy a heater and purge valve, and figure out what fitting i need to pull fuel off the rail with

you can use the little fitting on the fuel rail to run your fuel. Just unscrew the valve, a little fuel with squirt out. then place you fuel line, then soleniod.
