ok i havent done much to my car i have a typhoon cai and 2.25 catback with magnaflow from the second 02 sensor my concern on that is how many sensors are in the piping of my car i thought there was just 2? one in or by the downpipe and another in between cats. but my exhaust starts alittle bit after the second sensor that i know of. and im wondering if i just get a highflow cat would i be fine without throwing any codes or should i do header/dp? i just want a bigger tone im more in favor of headers but will i need a tune or anything? any feedback is appreciated.

The answer is yes to remove the cell. However the car will still work fine without a tune. The tune will also add more hp to your other mother including header and downpipe.

 

I think you only have one cat and that you may be confusing the flex pipe as a cat. Anyways to try to help with your question, I installed the ZZP long tube header with catted dp on my car, also with magnaflow catback and k&n intake, and had no CEL

 

Depending on the year you may have 2 cats.
No you won't need a tune, unless you get catless. I have been running a zzp long tube with cat for over a year with no cel issues. A tune will always help you but it is not needed.
