depends on where you're looking to make power at...

IIRC
shorty header/dp-higher RPMs
midlength/dp-midrange
longtube 4-2-1~all around

If you want to make max top end power, the vibrant 4-1 header is the way to go, as it also comes with a downpipe and a high flow cat, which all BOLT UP to the cat back exhaust

You would be much better off buying a set of headers, then you could keep one and give the other to me.

But seriously, if you are going to go to the trouble of getting either a header or a downpipe, you might as well spend the extra $$$ and just get both. If you get them at the same time, you only have to take it apart once.

And yes, the zzp combo is a great deal, but keep in mind there have been issues raised concerning the quality of the flex pipe and the connection between the header and dp...

Not saying anything AT ALL about Zoomer and his quality business, but be sure to ask questions about the product before you buy it.

i havent heard bout the problem in the connection between the header and dp but the problem with the flex pipe has been fix. they found what the problem was and corrected it so i you get the zzp combo you shouldnt have to worry bout that part.

Good to know. Again, I wasn't saying ANYTHING bad about them, just trying to bring to light some of the issues past. And Myself, I do have a zzp dp.

That is not vibrants fault, that is an "improper tuned" car, runing way to rich..... Get a tune and run a correct Air/Fuel Ratio and it wont happen. A/F ratios plug cats, it has been known for years....

Seriously dude I was in your shoes 3 weeks ago asking about headers. I didn't take the advice, bought a pace setter header for like 160 bucks shipped. Now i'm scraping on here trying to find somebody w/ the downpipe to actually hook it up . Which from exhaust depot is 215. + 125 for cat. So i could have had the badass header for almost the same price w/ no stress about hook ups.

long tubes will always need a custom related downpipe or fabricated. In the long run it is worth it.my downpipe is not 100% completed until I get the new 02 sensor from autozone which they had to order.the other one will be spliced back in of course.

To be honest after speaking with turbo tech racing, and Dan from clear image, the money that goes into these headers is why they are expensive. I will let you know how my pace setter works out now that I found a downpipe for it.

Hopefully it will fit . its the downpipe off a midlength zzp header. Any issues I should expect?

say if you go with the exhaust depot route it should fit with no problems.only situation I am in now is waiting on my new 02 sensor and I am fine, and possible throw on a cat.converter,if the sound just gets way to rediculious
