help asap! random missfire

Well as some of you may know I installed a blower on it this summer. Iv had a mess of head aches since then including the fly wheel comming loose 2 times thanks to the wounderful GM service techs yea the same ones that cut my wide band plug off and didn't tell me and just left it. But I have echeck comming up. Some reason a month back I started getting a random misfire cel. Car ran fine but just a cel. Also it would come on and go off on its own, but once in a while id get a thermostat ccel too. I replaced the coil pack and ignotion control module (thing on top of the coil pack) but still get the random missfire. I figured my plugs are good seeing there not even 3 months old and there NGK one step colder. But should of taken em out and checked. Well today going to work the car is running like crap and u can tell it has a missfire. Anybody ever have this issue before? Also I'm pulling the plugs when I get off work. If there no good what kind plug should I run? Because I'm not using the same thing

my best guess would be just ask what plugs they have that are one step colder...heat range of 7 i believe

Ok might sound bad but I don't even exactly know what that means... I highly doubt the tards at the store will. Lol so can you explain a little more so I can tell them or explain to them what I need. Also I keep getting told copper plugs are best for a supercharged car not platinum or iridium or anything is that true? But my main question is what is "heat range 7"

basically heat range 7 is one step colder plugs that is the heat range the the NGK step colders crossed to on autozones website so if you talk to them tell them you need plugs that are heat range 7 an once you get them gap them to .32 an than hopefully you should be good to go

i have no clue on the copper, platinum, iridium thing

Any clue what else could be my issue if it isn't plugs? Like I said I changed the coil pack and that thing on top of it

check your fuel filter an random misfire is common with 60# but i've never had an issue with it once i gapped my plugs from .37 to .32 its weird...i had similar issues of breaking up an all that it was my plugs they had spaced out from normal wear an needed replaced so hopefully its the same for you man

Can't be the fuel filter I just replaced that less then 3k miles ago. And that's idiot proof lol. Its gotta be the plugs... or something a lot more serious with the motor

I re gapped the plugs to .035 they were at about :045 started the car it ran junky still! Gave it a nice little rev and like magice it was better and ran great! Drove around last night to a few diff places got on it a little everythng was good and ran great. Now its back on, car runs just fine I just have the damn light. This car is on my **** list right now.

do you have a code reader? i know you can pick them up off like amazon for around 20 or 30 to where you can read the codes an clear them.....regap your plugs to .032 an see how that goes not that big of a difference but stopped mine from throwing the code
