If you want an OK sounding exhaust that's real loud:

Run a header with a 3" downpipe with no cat to a custom 3" exhaust with no resonator to a straight through muffler.

There is also the ability to run side exit exhaust in front of the rear driver side wheel.
thats what i have but no side exhaust umm is 120 desiples at idle loud enough for you?

Alls i did was cut the stock muffler off. haha. Noticed a gain in performance and it was louder, but not too bad.

Woah buddy, a resonator is a MUST in order to have a good sounding exhaust. I have exactly what you said PLUS a resonator and I still get rasp, I'm adding a second resonator in a few days.

Personally, I found that driving a loud car is fun for a short time. After a while it gets really annoying... the two chamber Flowmasters on my Mustang get really annoying on the freeway if I am driving for more than 15 minutes.

Just something to consider.

Simple solution..... decals

1. Remove the hood (it will become obvious why very soon)

2. Disconnect header

3. Turn header over so that the outlet points up and bolt it back on

4. OPTIONAL: remove windshield for full effect

well it may not bolt upside down...if thats the case then simply get you some exhaust pipe and weld one to each exhaust port on the block pointing upward. then take a skill saw and saw a hole large enough in your good for all the pipes to stick out.

Ill be willing to bet that if thats not loud enough there is something wrong with you.

I think I would lean more towards harmonica's, that way one could really hear the engines harmonics.
