Cranks good to 600...so build away....all forged u could get up there in numbers

also u can run 10:1 but running like 8.9:1 the tuning will be less of a headache

and low boost wont last long trust me.....i started at 5 psi in my cav....and went up to 12 psi...i wasnt plannin on goin up it just happend lol

procharger takes power to make power...turbo is alot better..

bone stock motor dont go much over 220....motors are weak(ringlands especially) stock

anyways........i wouldnt suggest going high then 7-8psi on stock internals. They can run safely at this psi....u can always risk it and go high tho

its not about how much psi a car can handle is about how much cfm it can handle, the blower and the t/c both put out diffrent amounts of air flow

ps-gm rates the 2.2 to hndle 250crank hp on stock everything, now this is of course with a nitrous shot, um sure you can squeeze a bit more out of it, since boost builds up gradually instead of instantaneously, but still low 200whp i would stop and start working on internals b4 going further, also id rather turbo, is funner, but i did see a fox body with a procharger, that blower was f'ing huge
