Ice?

so i was checking the oil yesterday morning and when i pulled the dipstick i notced the wire part had frost on it and when i actually pulled the level area out there was a small chunk of ice???? is this normal

umm if you let the car sit for a long period of time, and some how you got condensation inside the engine yeah i guess. check your shiz tho bro
