hey guys! i installed my twm sts on my 05 ls on sat.! i love the upgrade but did anyone else who installed this have boot fitting problems....my stock shift boot doesnt fit anymore i was wondering if i did sumthing wrong or do i have to go buy a new one?

 

I have twm short throw n my 07 LT and my boot closes to the e brake pulls up a lil bit. bugs the **** out of me but I am too lazy to get a new boot lol

My TWM had a silver ring that fit below the shift knod. It can be moved a bit up and down but I found a small zip tie like the factory one pushed it through the top of the boot were the stock zip tie went and tightend it to the silver ring. Looks just like factory.



Edit: Wait could you be more specific, pics or something cause I may be talking about something completley different.
