Usaa

If you or anyone in your immediate family is or was in the military you can go with this insurance. For me and my wife full coverage on 2 brand new cobalts is 120 a month. Also if this apllies to you ask Allstate if they can match USAA because they will laugh at you and probably hang up. No one can match there prices because as far as I know they are subsidized by the government. I think this comes out to around 1500 a year. But if anyone out there meets the criteria you should give them a call at 1-800-531-8111.

My IA insurance is $1200/year 21, clean record. In MI the same coverage was going to be $2200/year. I can't imagine that VA could be worse than MI. Try to get some quotes from different companies like Progressive, AAA, Farmer's, and State Farm.

I live in PA, I am 18 with an 06 2.4 SS and I only pay 900 a year. The salesman new someone that was an insurance agaent and hooked me up with her. She then searched for the cheapest insurance company and found it. She was amazed that it was that cheap for this car at my age.

It is an unknown company, least I never heard of them. But if anyone wants the info to the company you can try to get a quote from them, you might get lucky like me.
