Klutch's Turbo build
Well it i figured i might as well make a thread seeing how i have almost all the parts and most of everything figured out. I decided to boost the cobalt because i wanted some more power after riding in a SS. Trading on a SS was not possible as i still on my 2007 ls 5 speed. Just trying to make the best of what i have at the moment. The turbo, manifold, and down pipe are in terry's posetion. Thats where ill be going for the day and being tuned by him with HPT. ohh did i mention im a 17 year old high school senior working 2 jobs? :p

Parts List:
-K04 Turbo
-ZZP Manifold
-Custom Down pipe
-42 IB injectors with custom harness
-LNF Intercooler
-Greddy rs blow off valve
-K&N lnf intake
-CXracing charge pipes[/COLOR]
-Glowshift boost/vac gauge
-Glowshift oil pressure gauge
-Glowshift Wideband
-Glowshift triple pillar
-Apexie turbo timer
-Felpro exhaust manifold gasket
-Felpro exhaust gasket x2
-Felpro down pipe gasket
-NGK step colder spark plugs
-HPT tune
All my gauges in and wires ran to save time on build day.
42 LB injectors wired on to the stock 2.2 harness so its P&P on build day.
My pile keeps growing..

Apexi turbo timer: gonna install before hand
and here is a peak at the turbo...

Update.. bought a K&N typhoon intake that will be here tommrrow... and and got this accomplished..

already have it man actually have a pic i forgot. only performance mod right now is a tsudo catback.. but will eventually change. by the end of summer i may even rebuild and go for high boost. if not ill slowly upgrade the parts like intake mani, zzp IC.etc

yea i got my decal lol thanks man. i had one and f'ed it up. anyways yes ive been looking into the intake mani.. which if i dont get now i will deff get as future upgrade.. next huge thing will be a clutch.

i belive i am. and havent made an exact date yet. shotting for middle-begining of may some saturday there.. we will be doing it in one day.. ill have the IC and opiping mounted for the ride down..
