L61 and LSJ head question

I've been looking into my options for building my motor in the future, and I'm trying to figure out if an LSJ head would be of benefit (I know its been done before, and I'm also wondering what exactly is required to make it work) and why its better if it is.

The car is a 2008 2.2 5spd supercharged.

I would:

1. Get your current head or a spare 2.2 head ported.

2. Buy 2.2 cams and have cam sensor pressed in to retain your sensor.

3. Enjoy the flow!
