loss of power

the cobalt is running a little more sliggush than usual in lower rpm range. There is not a check engine light nore a loss of mpg so a little lost as to what the issue is. Vehicle is a little over 90k. Aside from plug change, is there preventative maintenance i have over looked?

i will say that previous to the cat finally making noise on mine, that about a couple months previous my cars idle seemed a little weird and it could be said the low end didn't feel as peppy. not excessive, just felt kinda funky.

after i got the downpipe, the car felt alive again in the lower rpm's.
