True duals would require two exhaust manifolds, an engine that has left and right bank "a V engine".. Having a equal amount exhaust flow coming from each side of the engine and never intersecting. Thats true duals.. A engine with a single exhaust manifold can not have true duals.

I dont know why you would like ear bleeding loud..all that does is make people say ..."rice.." when you drive by. I like my zzp mid length header/dp(2.5in) with my 2.5 inch tsudo cat back its a very affordable set up and NO RICE. It gives off, a nice deep tone, and really good gains.

BTW stick with a high flow cat..

thats basically what i said without the made for dummies explanation. note we have a header, (or exhaust manifold), and not headerS as in plural.

Who says you need one exhaust manifold? True duals for our car could be exhaust ports 1+3/2+4 paired then ran in parallel pipes out the back. Would sound more like a weed wacker but that is a way to do it.

I was stumped for a while of what my exhaust was on my SS/SC (from previous owner). I recently realised all it was is the stock pipe a with magnaflow straight through muffler and a 4" tip. It sounds pretty damn loud and muscular with only a hint of rasp when realy trying to torque it out under 2k rpm.

Needless to say I was very impressed with the sound for what was probably a sub $100 mod

Loudest exhaust possible? Easy and decent weight reduction. Everything stock comes off, Long tube header goes on... FINISHED!

I have a Magnaflow Exhaust for sale, if you are interested.

It's 2.5" piping... combine it with a ZZP 2.5" Catless downpipe and a nice header... and you'll be pretty loud.

you are going to notice your torque drop out alot with a low back pressure exhaust, your scavenging will suck meaning that you wont keep in as much fresh a/f charge, you wont notice any gain until high rpm, which if its an automatic your going to have fun getting the rpm high enough, unless you are going to force more into your engine then you actually need the back pressure
