This is a kit to convert your LS, LT to LSJ brake and 5 lug blot pattern. The kit includes 2 LSJ front wheel bearings and 2 LSJ calipers and brackets. For the rear it has a complete rear axle beam with brakes, rotors, calipers and emergency brake cables. The conversion is pretty simple. Just unbolt your rear axle, bolt in the replacement axle and change over E-brake lines. For the front just switch out the wheel bearings and bolt on the LSJ calipers/brackets.
