LSJ downpipe on a L61

I am currently on the market for a ZZP downpipe to replace my stock LSJ. I read somewhere that you can use the stock LSJ downpipe on a L61. From the look of it the LSJ downpipe is much bigger in diameter and probably less restrictive. I know someone that has a 2.2L Cobalt and he's looking for cheap upgrades. Right now all he has is a Tsudo exhaust. Would that be an improvment?

Dude, I changed my header, then the downpipe to an lsj downpipe. The down pipe made more of a difference then the header did
