I have been trying read up on how meth injection works and I was wondering is it worth installing in my turbo'd 2.2

What all does meth do?
What kit would I need to buy?

devils own. progressive kit . with low sensor floats and trunk mount and ull need to tune it for max gains. etc

Cools the **** out of your intake temps and makes the power you have a lot safer for your motor.

I know a guy selling one. $300 I believe if he still has it. If your interested I can find out

 

pointless. Unless ur boosted, you don't have to worry about cooling the intake temps all that much. It's really not going to help you out performance wise....it'll help you lighten your wallet tho. Plus, you have to tune for it and if you run out....BOOM.

 

even if your tuned for it and you run out as long as you dont WOT or mash the gas off every stop light you can be fine with it ( until you can get more ) as long as your intake temps arent higher than ozzy's children

 

i heard u can even use windsheild washr fluid since there is meth in it

you can...I just don't know if you need to water it down or if you can spray straight washer fluid.

idk but i just bought i meth kit for my build and my tuner told me its supe cheap to run because he can tune it to use wahser fluid haha.. so i couldnt resist.. beside i got a 10:1 motor +boost so i need all the help with detonation i can get

walmart's paint department lol. then buy destilled water and mix it yourself.

the way i was thinking was more of a window switch and you can tune to run with and without it man. and I hear good gains can be seen even from NA cars usually around 10 to 15 Hp from what Iv herd, tossing this up bc if im worong someone on this forum will know and will drop me some knowledge as we all foam at the mouth to do it around here.

 

i just bought the devils own base kit for my boosted 2.2 well the builds in progress gonna tap into the aem intake...
