MIL Help

When I went on break today my mil light was on, read the codes and got P0641, P2135, and P2138. So far ive gotten P2135 is Throttle Position (TP) Sensor 1-2 Correlation, P2138 is Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 1-2 Correlation, and P0641 is 5-Volt Reference 1 Circuit. What does this mean? I read online of someone else having this problem and had to replace the PCM. Anyway I cleared the codes and so far they havent come back, any ideas?

As long as it doesn't come back I wouldn't worry about it...but it sounds like a blonde moment from the PCM, because the 5 Volt Reference is powered directly from the PCM...

I do have a suggestion from your SAI....what I noticed is I ran the system unplugged from my headers, but still working and although the exhaust stinks my car ran fine for a week, no MIL lamp before I put it back on...i'm thinking performance headers might be a more easily applied option than we thought....

No i didn't switch the header yet, I just pulled the tube off the header where the SAI connects to it...I always wondered if the O2 sensors were sensitive enough to pick up the extra air put in but I guess they aren't. which is a bonus for us haha!
And this last weekend I sheared a bolt off the exhaust connection in the middle of our cars right before the resonator and so I made a little wire harness to hold the pipe up, i never got a CEL for having that open either....but damn did that sound great!

Yeah today the car went into limp mode and threw the P2138 code again so i took it to chevy and crossed my fingers they would warranty it, and they did. Turns one of the wires leading to the throttle body was rubbing on my intake manifold and it tore it open, the wire then grounded itself to the chassis and tripped the code. Im surprised they didnt give my crap since it was probably my fault when i installed the 2.4 mani. Anyway about the headers, i havent tried installing mine yet, didnt do enough research on the pacesetter headers and they need a different dp to connect to the exhaust. I need to drive down to exhaust depot in orlando, they make customs pipes mandrel bent down there.

As for the headers i havent tried to install mine yet, didnt do enough research on the pacesetter headers and it turns out they need a different dp to connect to the rest of the exhaust. I need to drive down to exhaust depot and have one made but its $250, and im trying to get a new bike soon.
