8:9:1 compression, ported head. you have to machine the head to fit supertech springs but the ZZP springs fit as a direct replacement and will eliminate valve float, new rod and main bearings, neutral balance shafts optional, new timing chain kit is always a good idea, new timing chain tensioner couldnt hurt either, 80# injectors, bigger fuel pump, stuff like dat.

stock compression and darton sleeves would be real proper and overkill. might as well spin the **** out it after that but thats a whole new can of worms. for 350hp don't drop the compression if you're sticking with the k04, look at the lnf crowd. the s256 is damn nice but there are better options if you're building your own kit. either way, i'm saying, keep stock compression.

Aluminum Intake manifold if you run over 8PSI. Plastic pops under load and heat.

Just take your time with the build by both buyin new parts and putting together. It's very tedius work

You plan to pull the motor or do the work with the block still in the car?

Since you are gonna have another motor and therefore no down time while building, do everything you can. Rods, pistons, bearings, valve springs and retainers, balance shafts, p&p the head, you could do cams but not really necessary on a daily driver. And arp head studs to hold everything down.

Didn't you just finally get that back on the road a couple months ago? Why you selling after all the work you did?
