Newbie to the forum, cobalts and performance in general

Hey everybody.

I just joined. My name is Chase. I live in Florida and drive an 06 chevy cobalt ls.

I have a couple questions. If they sound stupid be easy. Im new to cars. I started UTI just last week.

First question. Is there another head I can put on my 2.2 ls to increase power. Increase compression ratio or anything.

Second. I was thinking about converting to the 5 lug like the SS. Is this worth the time and money, if so, what is involved?

Thanks guys,
Chase

You can buy the 2.4 intake manifold on crateenginedepot.com that will give you some power. Also check out cobalt-addiction.com

No advantage to doing it. 5 lugs doesn't "look better" than 4, and there are more aftermarket rims for 4x100, which is a common Honda pattern.

Standard Honda pattern? So any rims for a Civic or Accord I can pop on my LS?

I live in Lakeland.

Does anyone know what I would gain with the intake manifold?

Will the cobalt 2.0ss heads bolt on to my 2.2 ls? What other parts will improve my performance that can also be bolted on?
