If your considering getting this, which does have gains, you may want to upgrade to this:
https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/supporting-vendor-deals-group-purchases-133/zzp-mid-length-header-dp-combo-optional-3-catback-112977/

ZZP is a trusted brand here on the forums, and they have demonstrated gains. They are also on sale right now so you could get an incredible deal! $300 and change can get you a header and downpipe.

Yes pacesetter is a great header for the price. Expect 7-10 WHP from the header. We carry them in stock, PM us with any questions you have.

If you went for this header, I recommend this vendor. They have a great price on it.

I use to have it on my cobalt and it definetly made the topend a bit better and the exhaust sounded louder but pretty good with the magnaflow catback.

No you need to have a shop fabricate one up for you. Having the header, downpipe made and installed cost me $250

The headers is $270 with armor coating right? Plus $250 for fab?

That seems a bit high. That must be the paint header plus fab, $180 (header) + $70 (fab parts) = $250. But then again were talking about a whole downpipe so I am not so sure it is that cheap.

If your going mild steel, just get the whole bolt on kit from zzp:
https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/showthread.php?t=112977

You can get it for as low as $280 plus shipping.
