Painting car help #

How many quarts of paint to paint the cobalt Matte black...dont make fun haha but i love the look...and i need to know how many quarts to paint 2 or 3... i also am ordering the B2 body kit so take that into consideration.

Please for the love of god do a proper semi-gloss black and not a true flat black. True flat looks like crap and stuff will never wash out of it (ie that bird **** will leave a permanent stain), semi gloss is what any decent show car with a flat paint job uses.

or at least use a "flat" clear coat. sherwin williams automotive paint has one that you can mix to whatever gloss you want, flat, eggshell, satin, or semi gloss.

you need roughly a gallon of base coat to paint the whole car and a liter of clear.

it is a semi gloss...ok guys its either paintjob and body kit...or supercharger build...i need a hard push in the direction...im not sure what i want haha

What do you want more from the car? Looks or performance?

Why not save the money for a down payment on a newer car? Something that has a better look, paint, and more performance.

yea im thinking about turboing the damn thing...i just really dont want it to blow up....i woul only run 8 to 10 lbs if i did do it...i have the sssc injectors and harness so im already set there haha...but i would have to buy all the other stuff....i just have had friends that turbo there car and it turns out like garbage
