hey everyone, i know i might start some sort of riot, but i was reading through a motor trend from a few months back and then was watching NOPI Tunervision late one nite when i was extremely bored and saw some girl apparently representing GM saying that the Phase 5 is going to be a package soon after the race car debuts, now i know the Phase5 has been out for a bit and still no package. The motor trend thing had the editors test driving it. am i crazy or is any of this true? if so info would be gretaly appreciated for all of us. thanks.

 

Well all the part numbers for the engine and 4T65E,as well as basic instruction are in the build book
There was also a weekend course a couple months back to go over the Phase 5 car setup details
IMO that's about as close to a "kit" as I think you're gonna see

The complete Phase 5 car is a competition stock drag car. To sell it would be to say that they aren't interested in driving it anymore. And it isn't something you could drive on the street either, its not street legal.

You probably heard them advertising how many of the Phase 5 modifications are available through GM Goodwrench parts as "packages".
