possible short???

ok so my girl has a 2007 chevy cobalt lt i believe. base of the base. not even automatic locks or windows. well anyways, so her driver's side blinker started clicking rapidly one day. which i know a bulb can cause to happen. well then a lil bit after that happeend she completely lost her tail lights as well as her dash lights. so i searched for the issue and found that those problems are linked to the park amp (15amp, under the hood center fuse box area) blowing. so sure enough when i check it was blown. well i replaced that fuse with the spare and then like 2 weeks later same thing happend. her blinker went rapid again but then in a matter of hours the dash lights went out. so i swapped the fuse again. anyone happen to have any idea what this could be linked to? or have this issue? wanna avoid taking it in if we can.

Possibility of wrong bulb has been installed? Some bulbs can draw more power, I've seen it happen.

If not then yes, you clearly have a short somewhere which blows the fuse. probably a pinched wire then has become unsheathed. A pinched wire with a few strands cut can lower the current flow which would cause the car to think it has a burnt bulb.

Check the bulb first and make sure its the right type of bulb.
