would the 05-06 2.2 valve cover fit on an 07 2.2?

 

if there have been no engineering changes to the motors during those years then yes, they should be identical.

 

im just wondering cause on the 07 when you take the engine cover off you can see the spark plugs when on the 05-06 you cant

 

i dont believe so, but may be wrong. the reason i say no is because the 05-06 uses two coilpacks to power 4 spark plugs where as the 07 uses a coilpack for each individual plug.

 

i believe this is correct. They made changes in 07

that sucks i didnt think it would fit but i was hoping lol the only thing is i dont like the engine cover but if i take it off it looks worse so i was just wondering if theres was a solution thanks for your help....
