5 angle valve jobs are a waste of money IMO just stick with 3. I've seen bench flow results from them in person and the cost involved does not justify the small gains. Since your planning on doing this I'd recomend having the shop port the intake and exhaust runners and install bigger valves. The increased valve size is almost like getting new cams. Heres why, the cams allow more air flow, so do the bigger valves. TA DA! That simple. Cams are expensive! Upwards of $400 for the least expensive I've seen.
I think you'd be better suited with the port job and the valves for the money.

IDK about the tune part sorry as I'm mostly old school hot rods and such, but the basics still work! Yur stock springs should be fine cause your not adding any lift from a bigger cam, your keepers, locks, retainers, or whatever else you may call them I'd recomend getting thee best you can find! It sucks ass to drop a valve cause of a bad keeper, trust me I know! I'd say port and polish, bigger valves, and better keepers are an awesome start that will support future mods.
