question about my down pie

ok i just ordered a cobalt addiction header and i wanna do someting about my down pipe i was thinks about getting rid of the cat but im not sure anyone have any input if i should go hi/flow on no cat ?

no cat sounds like ass, is ilegal, and depending on your mods is good for like 1 horsepower... not worth it in my opinion... i would just get the hi flow...
