Well, since he dropped a valve, there will be quite a bit of work anyways.

he's just taking the motor and putting it in his car......

you will be fine...use the motor, and all your mounts, flywheel, etc.

tranny mounts arent an issue, as i have a manual with the manual mounts..

how is the computer different? wouldnt it just be an added computer for the tranny? i thought the tranny and engine worked off of different computers?

tons and tons of fabrication. you need to run a clutch, shift linkage, and the list goes on. its just not practical swap, but im not going to say it cant be done, it can if you have the time and money.

dude, you dn't need to get it reflashed

all you will probably have to do most likley is do a crankshaft variation learn

HE'S NOT PUTTING ANOTHER CARS PCM IN

The PCM in his car is what will tell the engine what to do.....so the one he has in his car will work fine without reflashing. What he WILL have to do however is a crankshaft variation learn...so the PCM can learn the position of the crankshaft so it knows which injectors/plugs to fire.....

and yes another cars PCM will actually work if you do the VTD learn on it
