P0420- Low emission efficiency. Anyone know what might be wrong? car has 93K on it

your cats gone... also check your o2 sensors... they may be the reason that... and all together now! you cat is gone

try an o2 sensor first. the one you wanna replace is the second one. farthest away from the engine.
